I guess it’s basically intuitive eating? Like, I’ll skip breakfast if I’m not hungry, but I’ll eat it on days that I wake up hungry. If I want ice cream one night, I’ll get it. If I feel like tomato soup instead of a salad, I’ll get the tomato soup.
