I recently got out of a boot from a stress fracture ( but thankfully I could take it out to drive.) It’s no fun! I really liked the Blogilates ab videos when I was injured—especially the Extreme Abs! I also worked on pull ups a lot, and was able to make some improvements there. I hope you get better quickly!

Last year, I basically sat on my bed for the 10 week recovery, and was left with no fitness. This time I’m determined to do the best I can to stay in shape. I’m in a boot and can’t put any weight on my foot, but crutches are a great upper body workout, and there’s a bunch of fitness videos on youtube for people who can’t stand up. I can’t wait to get back in the gym (although I need to wait until I can drive again–having the boot on my right foot sucks.)
