My eyes get so tired after trying to do that for awhile.

Social media is a complicated thing. We all know it helps promote our blogs, but at the same time it takes a lot of work and time. Not to mention all the time it takes from us by simply browsing social media to keep up with others. It’s hard to find that balance that’s right for you! Hopefully taking a step back will help you reevaluate what you want to do and will light your blogging fire again!

Since I discovered this health & fitness blogging community I instantly loved it and started commenting at all times and following lots of instagram accounts. I soon became overwhelmed because this is just HUGE!

I feel that instagram sometimes really affects my food choices so I always make sure to dedicate it only a couple hours a day after my meal or when I know I will not grab something to eat.

As per blogs, I have tried to stick to the ones I really like and not necessarily the more popular ones or the ones that other bloggers talk about. I will only comment if I really have something to say. And as you can see I have plenty to say! 🙂

Sometimes I like to follow these blogs because they are genuine and honest people that like to share their lives. I know that they don’t eat perfect all the times or make the best decisions but that is the best part, being able to relate to them when you don’t make those good decisions either.
