I love seeing the pictures of what you eat even if they are on plates when they should be in bowls. I’ve never done a tough mudder but it sounds fun!! I really hope your knee stops bothering you. That is so stressful and not fun. 🙁

I honestly don’t know how you function on so little sleep. Your body must be so deprived! 🙁 I haven’t experienced college so I have never had to work with that little sleep, but it must be tough.

I am crossing my fingers that you find improvement with this project. I know it would be very frustrating if you didn’t. I think you will continue to see improvement- or maybe you will just notice the decline when you add processed foods back into your diet? I can’t wait to find out. Good luck! (:

Gosh, that looks incredible. Sometimes I miss campus food, but on the latter I am really happy to have a kitchen to come home to. I love your creative meals this week. Healthy balanced food on the go. And who says you can’t eat soup off a plate? I totally used a mug to eat yogurt the other night, and had no excuse. I was just too lazy to walk to the other side of the kitchen haha. I digress.
