I stayed healthy in college by staying out of the student union. If I went in there I’d be a burrito and two waffles deep in minutes, haha. I know it’s hard to make good meals when you don’t have a kitchen but one of my favorite breakfast staples was Overnight Oats. No microwave or oven required. I have a recipe for it on my blog 🙂
