Shoulder day is of course my favorite next to leg day, so unfortunately it is never going to heal properly. Sometimes even doing too many push-ups aggravates it – which annoys the heck out of me! And cooking up bananas like that is my FAV!! I typically use coconut oil and a sprinkle of coconut sugar and cinnamon. Sooooo amazing!!
