I do so with some recipes. Just relaxing hand and pour a little salt in the dimple where the lines intersect!

I am always guzzling water but I feel like my body still needs something, no matter how many glasses I down. I also rarely salt my food, so maybe my electrolytes are imbalanced from my training.
