I hope things improve for you soon. There’s beens some weird illness floating around my campus as well.

As for what I ate yesterday… I jammed a cup of oatmeal with dried cranberries, coconut shreds, and peanut butter into my mouth while taking an exam, because I had no time to eat between trail running and exam. I had a lunch of lentils and quinoa topped with nutritional yeast and a spoonful of nut butter. Then I ate a snack of two dates. My dinner was the same lentils and quinoa, but mixed with spinach, and a dessert of a date and a teensy bit of scone from a Berkeley bakery.

Boring, but I made a huge pot of lentils and quinoa, and am desperately trying to eat it up!
