It IS amazing how your body adapts to a certain exercise after awhile, but still, major CONGRATS to you! I think it is awesome you are getting your spin cert! One of my old roommates (also an ex-rower 🙂 ) got hers when we were still in college and I loved taking her classes! Good luck!
